Ronnie Edwards, also known as Ronnie Oni Edwards, was a beloved member of the Game Theory family. He was a prominent YouTuber, Twitch streamer and content creator who was widely known for his love for video games and his infectious personality.

Early Life:

Ronnie Edwards was born on September 19th, 1990. He grew up in Virginia and had a passion for video games from an early age. Ronnie’s love for video games led him to create his YouTube channel in 2012 where he began creating content around various games such as Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto.


Ronnie’s career as a content creator really took off when he joined the Game Theory team in 2018. He quickly became a fan favorite due to his upbeat personality, quick wit, and genuine love for gaming. Ronnie was best known for hosting “Game Theory Live” on the GTLive channel where he would play through various games alongside other members of the Game Theory team.

Personal Life:

Outside of gaming, Ronnie loved spending time with his family and friends. He was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing basketball in his free time. Ronnie had a close relationship with his mother who he often spoke about on stream.


Tragically, on December 5th, 2020, Ronnie passed away at the young age of 30 due to complications from COVID-19. His passing left a massive hole in the gaming community with countless fans mourning the loss of their favorite content creator.
