Nothing + gravity + time = Leonardo da Vinci.
Right. Glad that’s all straightened out. Turns out it’s the Laws of Physics that are eternal. But where did they come — oh, never mind..
If only Newton had understood what he’d really discovered, he could have left his mysticism behind and concentrated on something more useful, like his figs, or his discount wig business.
One more thought: how exactly was this particle “observed”? I mean, did it just pop into view out of thin air, out of nothing? Or was the Large Hadron Collider and attendant intelligences with very definite purposes necessary both to produce and observe it?
Again, just asking. Stop with the yelling…

Sure, the Laws of Physics are eternal. But somewhat useless without something physical for them to act upon.

Hmm, Higgs boson, we do live in exciting times…I found myself singing Crystal Blue Persuasion … I’d still like to try out the 11th dimension.

Not just something physical to act on – first there has to be time! And where does all of the nothing come from?
